PROGRAM:
- Overview of the standards requirements in laymens
terms.
- Examples of identification and making methods used in
different industries.
- Definition of traceability requirements for possible defect
association.
- Review of registrar approved documented procedures and work
instructions related to product identification and traceability.
Speakers Experience:
- BSEE Degree and Certified ISO9000 Lead Assessor
- 15 years experience in the design, development and manufacture of PCB's, transceivers,
laser pointers for military night vision equipment, and various cameras for the military,
FAA, and NASA.
- 12 years experience in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of Class I
and II respiratory products to the FDA GMP's .
Reservations:
Reservations are required for dinner meetings. Meal Choices include Chicken, Beef or
Vegetarian. To make a dinner reservation call the Engineers Society Building at
412-261-0710 for the ISO Users Group. Dinner meeting cost is $20.00 for members and $25.00
for non-members. Dinner reservations must be made by noon on Friday the17th. Payment for
the dinner meeting should be in the form of cash or check. Make checks payable to ISO
Users Group of Western Pennsylvania.
