  • PRESENTER:  Robert Ferry, Quality Engineer -Mitsubishi Electric has 29 years of experience in the quality field.  He has worked for Mitsubishi for 3 yrs and  previously spent 16 yrs. as Quality Manager for RB&W, an automotive fastener manufacturer, and 10 yrs. at Babcock and Wilcox.  Bob has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Robert Morris University, and associate degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Technology, and Liberal Arts.
