PRESENTER:  Tom McLaughlin is a project manager for Tri-State Quality Systems.  Tom has 30 years of quality experience in the areas of Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, and Quality System Development.  He has assisted many companies in achieving ISO 9000, 14000, and .17025 certifications.  Mr. McLaughlin has developed courses for auditors and lead auditors, trained over 1000 people as auditors, and personally conducted over 70 audits.  He has developed, trained, and facilitated teams in Total Quality Management, Problem Solving, Cost of Quality, Process Management, and Statistical Process Control.  He has a BS in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MS in Engineering with a Management Science major from the University of Dayton.  He is a certified Quality Engineer, and RAB certified ISO 9000 Quality Management System Lead Auditor.
