ABSTRACT: Customer Satisfaction is
required under ISO 9001:2000 to be measured, analyzed, and used as input to
management decision making. The program will be in two parts: first, an
overview of customer satisfaction measurement and analysis, including some
specific techniques and their pros and cons; then, with assistance from Cal
Eggers, an interactive exchange with the audience sharing techniques used by
their companies.
SPEAKER: Terry Beckwith is presently the Director, Quality Assurance
with the Zinc Corporation of America (ZCA), a producer of Zinc Metal, Zinc
Oxide, Zinc Dust and related products. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager
(CQM), has a BS degree in Chemistry from Grove City College and has done
post-baccalaureate studies in chemistry and chemical engineering at the
University of Pittsburgh. Terry currently serves as Program Chairman of the
ISO User's Group. He has spent 20 yrs at ZCA in QC/QA Management and
technical support. Previously, he was with Dravo Corporation's Research
Center for 11 yrs. as Technical Services and Development Engineer. He is a
past recipient of the Ted Linde Leadership Award from ASTM Committee E-1 on
the Chemical Analysis of Metals and Related Materials where he served two
terms as committee vice-chairman.

selections are
beef, chicken, fish, or vegetarian.
After making a reservation, you will be responsible for payment if you do not
cancel in advance.
Payment for the dinner meeting should be in the form of cash or check. Make checks payable to ISO Users Group of Western Pennsylvania.
