PROGRAM:
Management review meetings are a required part of an
ISO 9001 quality management system. Learn how to make them effective as well as
compliant. Hear the top 5 ways to improve attendance. Receive a copy of a
management review procedure. Then we will "role play" a management review
meeting.
Each of you be prepared to discuss appropriate performance measurements for the
various processes and elements of the system. This meeting will be most
effective if you all chime in and we learn from each other.
PRESENTER:
Cal Eggers is a Quality and Regulatory Consultant
who recently retired from Respironics where he was Corporate Director of Quality
Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Previously he was QA Manager and Management
Representative for the Homecare Division of Respironics and held various Quality
and Engineering Management positions with Westinghouse Electric.
He holds the BSEE from Valparaiso and the MSEE from Pitt, is a registered
Professional Engineer and has received the CQA and Certified Quality Manager
designations from ASQ.
